What should be clear within one minute
A woman should be able to understand where you live, what your week looks like, what you enjoy, and whether you are open to a serious relationship. She does not need your complete biography, salary, or every requirement for a partner.
Choose a clear and current main photo
Use a recent portrait with natural light and your face visible. Avoid sunglasses, aggressive filters, cropped former partners, and an image where a car or landscape is more prominent than you.
The photo should look like the person a woman would meet now, not a younger or heavily edited version.
Add a small set of varied additional photos
Include a full or three-quarter view, one activity, and perhaps a travel or social photo where you remain easy to identify. Do not publish children’s personal information, a house number, office badge, vehicle plate, or documents.
Describe the life you actually live now
Write about work in broad terms, your city, weekend routine, family responsibilities, and activities you genuinely repeat. Specific details are more useful than “I enjoy life, travel, and good food.”
Turn general interests into conversation topics
Instead of listing travel, music, books, and sports, add one or two details. The goal is to make it easy for a woman to ask a natural question.
State relationship goals, location, and practical limits
Say whether you are open to dating that could become long term, and whether marriage is a possibility rather than a promise. Explain if you cannot relocate, have children at home, or can travel only on certain weekends.
Avoid advertising, demands, and negative warnings
A profile that reads like a job vacancy or a complaint about previous women creates distance. Replace long requirement lists with a few essential values and describe the relationship you hope to build.
- Avoid boasting about income, passport, property, or the ability to “provide.”
- Avoid statements that Russian or Ukrainian women should be traditional or grateful.
- Avoid “no drama,” “no games,” and angry warnings about scammers as the main profile tone.
- Avoid insulting women of certain ages, body types, countries, or family situations.
Protect privacy and update the profile
Do not publish a precise address, employer, daily route, passport, financial details, or children’s identifying information. A city and broad occupation are enough for an open profile.
Review the profile every few months and after a move, job change, new photograph, or change in relationship goal. Remove information that is no longer true.
